By requesting, confirming or using a KavyaTaxi service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. A booking is confirmed only after KavyaTaxi communicates its acceptance and vehicle availability.
1. Booking and service confirmation
Customers must provide accurate pickup, destination, date, time, contact and passenger details. Website submissions are booking requests and do not guarantee availability. Final confirmation may be provided by phone, email or WhatsApp.
2. Fares and payment
Quoted fares are based on information supplied at booking. Additional distance, waiting time, route changes, parking, tolls, permits, state taxes or night charges may apply unless specifically included in the quotation. Payment must be made using an agreed payment method.
3. Cancellation and changes
Please notify KavyaTaxi as early as possible if you need to cancel or change a booking. Cancellation charges may apply when a vehicle has been assigned, dispatched or reserved for a specific event or outstation journey. Any applicable charge will be communicated based on the booking circumstances.
4. Passenger responsibilities
- Be ready at the agreed pickup point and time.
- Provide correct journey and contact information.
- Treat drivers, vehicles and other passengers respectfully.
- Do not carry unlawful, hazardous or prohibited items.
- Follow applicable safety rules and legal passenger limits.
The customer may be responsible for damage or excessive cleaning caused by passengers during the journey.
5. Delays and service changes
We aim to provide punctual service, but travel times may be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, mechanical issues or other events outside reasonable control. When necessary, KavyaTaxi may provide a comparable replacement vehicle or adjust the pickup arrangement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, KavyaTaxi is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by delays, missed connections, circumstances beyond reasonable control or personal belongings left in a vehicle. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
7. Refusal or termination of service
Service may be refused or terminated when passenger conduct threatens safety, violates law, damages property, involves abusive behaviour or materially differs from the confirmed booking.
8. Governing law and updates
These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. We may update them as our services or legal obligations change. The version published at the time of booking will apply.
